Jeonghan and Joshua introduce “DREAMSCAPE” as a duo

Jeonghan and Joshua are introducing their first mini-album as a duo within SEVENTEEN. Pledis Entertainment has announced that “DREAMSCAPE,” released under the unit name Jeonghan X Joshua, will arrive on October 19, 2026. The album features seven tracks, including the title track “12 o’clock,” which blends dance-rock with a modern take on 1970s and 1980s disco and funk.

Joshua explains that “DREAMSCAPE” explores the intersection of dreams experienced during sleep and aspirations pursued in real life. Jeonghan adds that the seven songs were conceived as parts of a single story, encouraging listeners to discover the hidden metaphors within them.

The performance complements that musical approach: in an interview provided by Pledis Entertainment, Joshua says the choreography for “12 o’clock” highlights the duo’s looks and chemistry.

In the same interview, Jeonghan recalls lengthy discussions about concepts and musical genres as they worked to find an identity distinct from SEVENTEEN’s other units.

Both singers also discuss their vocal work. Jeonghan says he experimented with a fuller tone than usual. Joshua, who says he took an active role in producing the album, explains that he studied his voice during recording to achieve a more mature, different sound.

“DREAMSCAPE” also marks a milestone in their respective careers: it is Jeonghan’s first music release since completing his mandatory military service in June, and Joshua’s first subunit project since his debut.
